Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist.

Return / Exchange Window

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product / defective product

  • Size issue (exchange only)

Conditions for Return / Exchange

For quick approval, customer must provide all of these:

  • Unboxing video showing package opening (mandatory)

  • Product images clearly showing issue

  • Original packaging & tags must be intact

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer

  • Fragrance / stains / wear marks are present

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

Return Pick-Up

A return pickup will be arranged from the customer’s address through our courier partner.

Refund Method

After the product passes QC at the warehouse:

  • Refund is issued to the original mode of payment

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed to bank account/UPI shared by customer

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after QC approval

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; order can only go through return/exchange after delivery.
